Mark's Update!

Wow, it’s been a crazy couple of years! I just saw someone post on Facebook about finding a package of toilet paper at the store just two years ago. What have we been up to?

Unfortunately, the chaos in our world also worked its way into our business. My team and I had to change our company affiliation and have settled in at CrossCountry Mortgage. This company has great operations and a large footprint across the U.S. so we can do loans in all 50 states!

2020 and 2021 were not good for my physical fitness and fun hobbies. I got really out of shape due to the gyms being closed, races canceled, and lack of motivation, but in 2022 I’m back on track. CrossFit has been an important way to get back in shape, and I even did a competition last November. I have several bike races planned this year, and I’m also doing some formation flying.

Interest rates have definitely increased quite a bit so far this year, so we’re moving into a different market than we’ve had for the past couple of years. Please reach out with any questions about refinancing, renovating, or purchasing a new home!
